...Cambodia - 30000 Riels 2021 Commemorative Specimen Hybrid - 30th Year of The Paris Peace Agreement

On 08.02.2022, I posted the commemorative note of 30,000 riels issued on 18.10.2021, celebrating the 30th Year of the Signing of the Paris Peace Agreement that ended the civil war in Cambodia. 

Here, I have posted the same note but printed (perforated) with the word Specimen vertically on the left-hand side of the note. It is always nice to get a specimen note to add to my collection, especially a commemorative specimen. This note is also printed on a Hybrid material too. I believe the prefix printed for this note is ក១ or A1 and followed by the 2 digits of 30 (presumably stands for the 30th year) and then 6 zeros.
